Active Stirling Ltd is a registered charitable trust (SC037632) for sport, physical activity and wellbeing and a sole member of Stirling Council.
These terms and conditions cancel and replace any previous
versions.
By making a booking in our facilities, you agree to be bound
by these terms and conditions (please retain these terms for future reference
as we will not keep a file copy specifically for the transaction with you). If
you do not wish to be bound by these terms, you should not book our facilities
or programmes.
Booking and cancellation policy
We have a three strikes rule for non-attendance. Please cancel bookings you cannot attend with plenty of notice.

Active Stirling reserves the right to review their terms and conditions from time to time. Members on the Direct Debit scheme will be given a minimum of 14 day’s notice of any proposed changes.
