PickUp Basketball is an initiative from Basketball Scotland to set up fun and affordable pay as you play sessions for people looking to get active through basketball, or those who are looking for a non-competitive way to get back into the game.

Our female only PickUp Basketball sessions help to limit the barriers that women may feel when they try to play a new sport. They provide a safe, comfortable, and fun environment to play basketball.

Basketball teaches you about being a good team player and is a great social sport. Playing basketball from a young age has many benefits and will help lead a healthier lifestyle. Having a love for physical activity when girls are entering their adolescent years will help encourage them to stick with it throughout their teen and adult years as well.

We have sessions suitable from 5 years+ and all our sessions are led by an Active Stirling Basketball Coach - suitable for all abilities.

Playing basketball from a young age offers many benefits, to be active and meet new friends. These sessions are for young girls to get involved in basketball and maintain a lifelong love of fitness.

Junior sessions are booked in blocks, and you can join any time throughout the block.

Junior sessions are booked as blocks payable in advance.

Adult sessions can be booked weekly up to 7 days in advance.
