Introducing Iron Maidens, a 90-minute, female-focused powerlifting clinic designed to make you stronger, more confident, and unstoppable! Suitable for ALL women, no matter where you are in your health journey!

Led by Lynnette, this clinic will focus on Squat. Bench. Deadlift. – the powerhouse moves that build strength, muscle, and resilience inside and out! You’ll learn to perfect your form, master technique, and lift with confidence. Once your technique is locked in, the strength will follow!
