As part of National Customer Service Week 2024, we wanted to shine a spotlight on the dedication, talent, and passion of our Customer Service Team—the friendly faces and voices that greet and support our members and visitors every day.
This year, we're especially proud to recognise three outstanding team members who have each dedicated over 15 years of service to Active Stirling. Fiona, Elaine, and Jillian.

A Diverse and Dynamic Team
Our Customer Service Team has a combination of all ages, bringing a wide range of skills and perspectives to the role. With team members ranging from 17 to 55 years old, we believe this diversity enriches the customer experience by ensuring that we can connect with and relate to all our visitors, no matter their age or background.
From assisting our members with bookings, memberships, emails, answering queries face to face and by telephone as well as interacting on our Facebook platforms our customer service team are dedicated to making sure everyone feels welcome at The PEAK and across all our facilities, the team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every interaction leaves a positive impact.
