Our amazing Physical Activity and Inclusion Officer (and all-around fitness superstar), Laura Taylor, is gearing up for one of the biggest walking events of the year. Laura would love for you to join her on this exciting journey — a perfect opportunity to boost your health, fitness, and overall wellbeing!
Get Ready with Our FREE 12-Week Training Plan!
To prepare for the big event, Laura has created a 12-week programme packed with weekly walks and optional exercises to strengthen and stretch your muscles. It’s absolutely FREE, and everyone aged 16years+ is welcome to join in!

Weekly Health Walks
If you’re new to walking or prefer something gentler, don’t forget about our FREE weekly health walks. These short, friendly walks are perfect for beginners and last up to 45 minutes (or less if needed).
We’re proud to offer dementia-friendly and sight-loss-friendly walks, supported by our trained walk leaders. Whether you come with a carer, family, or friends, you’re warmly invited to join us and take steps towards better health.
