This season, we’re bringing back all your favourite classes: Somatic Exercise, Parent-Fit Circuits, Metafit, Yoga, Pilates, Aqua, LBT, Cardio Dance, Circuits, Zumba, Step & Tone, and Velocity. Plus, our extensive Les Mills programme is bigger than ever, including fan favourites like Les Mills Tone, Body Pump, Body Jam, Core, Grit, Combat, Attack, RPM, and Sprint!

But that’s not all! We’re excited to introduce two brand-new classes: Chair Dance (coming soon) and Les Mills Pilates. These additions offer even more ways to mix up your routine and discover new ways to stay fit.
