Let your workouts be merry and bright this December, with our festive group fitness classes
Our group festive fitness classes run from Saturday 24 - Saturday 31 December, with over 80 programmed classes that include our member's favourites from Yoga, Legs Bums and Tums, Circuits, and Les Mills classes: Body Pump, Core, Grit, Combat, Attack, RPM and Sprint.
You can enjoy a class at The PEAK or any of our community venues across Stirling.
We aim to provide opportunities for all our members to participate in fitness and wellbeing activities with our fantastic instructors, who will coach and motivate you throughout the class. With over 80 classes programmed over the festive week, we hope you can come along and enjoy classes at The PEAK and our community venues. Whether you want to release tension and improve flexibility in a Yoga class, burn many calories in one of our indoor cycling classes, or increase those fitness levels in a Les Mills class.
