Each trainer brings a unique skill set and passion for fitness, ensuring you get the support, guidance, and motivation you need.
WHATS INCLUDED?
- Fitness and exercise training programme tailored to suit your needs and fitness goals
- 1 to 1 support with one of our qualified Personal Trainers
- Regular check-ins and reviews will be provided. This will be agreed with you and your Personal Trainer after the first session
- 30 or 60 minute training sessions
- You can choose to train as an individual or you can bring along a partner or friend
- You can train as many times as you’d like – ideally, we recommend once or twice a week
Personal training sessions for 12-15 year olds
- Junior members/customers must be accompanied by an appropriate adult (16yrs+) when they attend their first consultation
- Following the initial consultation juniors can attend Personal Training sessions unaccompanied
- Personal Training sessions takes place everyday Monday–Sunday*
- You can train in the PEAK gym, functional studio 4 or do a bit of both
- You can also request to train outdoors, we will design your programme to suit you
*Subject to availability
- Friendly and professional introduction with your Personal Trainer (a telephone consultation will already be completed prior to the first session)
- Full run through of your pre-planned session and the type of training you will be doing on the day
- Professional demonstration of the techniques and exercises on your programme, to make sure you are comfortable with the exercises
- Positive and motivational attitude will be provided to make sure you have the best experience and to help you get fitter and lead a healthier lifestyle
- Your Personal Trainer will share their knowledge and the best training methods throughout your session — so you won’t need to do your own research
- After each session, your Personal Trainer will give you feedback and agree goals and timescales and provide you with the best programme to help you achieve your goals
Session plans and goals will be recorded and reviewed by your Personal Trainer, with feedback provided after each session.

3️⃣ Discuss Your Plan – Your PT will provide details on their pricing and availability, and work with you to create a personalised training plan that fits your schedule and goals.
